We’re WolfDen Networks. We run IT for businesses that don’t have their own department. Helpdesk, security, backups, and the machines your staff use, plus the cabling, switches and firewalls it all runs on.
Monthly agreement or a one-off buildout, you get us on the phone either way.
What we do

Two kinds of work, mostly. Running IT month to month for businesses without their own department, and building or rebuilding the infrastructure underneath it. Plenty of clients take one and not the other.
Managed IT
Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, and dealing with your vendors, on a monthly agreement. One number to call when something is wrong.
MoreSecurity and backup
Endpoint protection, phishing training for your staff, and backups we test by restoring from them rather than by reading the report.
MoreCabling
Cat6 and Cat6A pulled, terminated on patch panels, tested, and labeled at both ends. Fiber between buildings when the distance calls for it.
MoreSwitching and Wi-Fi
Switches sized to the load, access points placed from a walkthrough of the actual building rather than a floor plan.
MoreFirewalls and segmentation
Guest traffic kept away from your files. Cameras and thermostats kept away from everything. Rules written down so they survive staff turnover.

For networks and systems that already exist and nobody can fully explain. We map what's installed and tell you what's worth changing.

We’ll put in whatever the job needs
We’re not tied to a brand. Ubiquiti, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, SonicWall, pfSense, OPNsense — we install and support all of it. If you already run something, we’ll work on it rather than tell you to rip it out.
If you have a preference, you get it. If you don’t, we’ll pick based on the building, the budget, and what you’ll need from it in five years, and we’ll explain the choice in plain terms before you sign anything.
Same on the software side. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, whichever endpoint and backup tooling you already pay for, and the line-of-business application your industry runs on whether or not we have seen it before.
Where it matters, we’ll also tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely fine. That happens more often than you might expect.

Why hire us
One person, start to finish
The person who walks your building is the person who designs the network, configures the hardware, and picks up the phone when something is wrong two years later. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you never met, and no ticket lands in a queue where you have to explain your setup from scratch.
That limits how many jobs we take at once. It also means when you call about something odd two years later, you’re talking to someone who remembers your building.
Everything gets written down. Diagrams, addressing, what’s plugged into which port. If you ever hire someone else, they can pick it up without calling me.
